Brian J. Woolf Appointed to Connecticut Bar Association Criminal Justice Executive Committee

Woolf & Ross Law Firm, LLC is pleased to announce that Founding and Managing Partner Brian J. Woolf has been appointed to the Connecticut Bar Association's Criminal Justice Executive Committee for the 2026-2027 term.

Attorney Woolf received official notice of the appointment in a September 2, 2026 letter from Connecticut Bar Association President J. Paul Vance Jr. As a member of the Criminal Justice Executive Committee, Attorney Woolf will participate in committee meetings and contribute to the work of the Criminal Justice Section throughout the upcoming year.

The appointment continues Attorney Woolf's longstanding involvement in Connecticut's legal community. He has practiced law in Connecticut since 1977 and has spent decades representing clients in a wide variety of state and federal criminal matters. His practice includes cases involving DUI, drug offenses, assault, white collar crimes, domestic violence, sex offenses, homicide, and other serious criminal charges.

Throughout his career, Attorney Woolf has remained active in professional legal organizations and has received numerous recognitions for his work in criminal defense. His appointment to the Connecticut Bar Association Criminal Justice Executive Committee provides another opportunity for him to contribute his experience to the legal profession and engage with other attorneys on issues affecting criminal law in Connecticut.
