When I was in my 20s, I did just that and found myself charged with a serious legal offense which has impacted my life for the last 9 ½ years. Client Review: I was charged with a felony that carried a mandatory minimum sentence that did not allow mitigating circumstances. Every attorney I spoke with stated that there was no way around jail time and the rest of my life was going to be severely affected.
